I am stuck at 175 again this week. I thought it might be more of a loss because we had crazy more weather and I did a couple of good walks this week but then I also went over on carbs for a few days.

But I do wonder how do you ever go back to eating some bread without gaining a bunch of weight? I made bread one day and ate a couple small bites and I was worried the whole time about packing on the pounds.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
