That is a good question ..."Why am I here and why am I dieting". Well.... Im working on getting myself healthy so I can enjoy the remaindered of my life.I want to live longer then both my parents whom died at the age of 55 of lung cancer and I want to be able to move and play with my dog and husband into a happy retirement. so why am I here, I want it to be about me and getting and staying healthy. Not for anyone else just me....and make friends along the way who want the same thing.....
