Did my normal gym thing today, but oddly I am actually feeling when I am doing the lifting weight part, whereas I wasnt previously...does that mean that I am doing/was doing something wrong , or maybe that I finally built some muscle to workout with? lol. I wish that I can say that I was doing better with my eating...the trainer says eat 1800 on the days i dont use weights and 2118 on the days I do...I feel like I am always eating, but dont ever add to the calories?? Kinda confusing. My water intake challange is up and down...one day I do real good and another not so much.
