I think my scale is wonky... but I will know the real deal when I go to the gym tonight. They have one of those old school sliding weight beam scales that tell no lies! Stay tuned...
251.5 lb Lost so far: 62.3 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
