Ok, so here we are April 30th, and I have officially started a diet. If thats what you want to call it. Im not really following FF however I am going to be recoding what I eat, exercising, and following some type of plan. High protein, low carb, eating every 2-3 hours and drinking lots of water. Plus I am taking quickslim (any body try this) so we will see how it goes.
