Looks pretty good... Hard to judge since I am on the Fat Flush Plan and not having dairy, carbs or sugars. The only suggestions that I would have is that you could be adding in more veggies (and one more fruit in berries or citrus) at lunch and with your snacks to keep your body fueled especially with the exercise that you did as well. On Fat Flush we have two eggs per day that are omega 3 with 2 fruits (choice of 1 Small Apple/ ½ Grapefruit/ 1 Small Orange/ 2 Med Plums/ 6 Large Strawberries/ 10 Large Cherries/ 1 Nectarine/ 1 Peach/ 1 Cup Berries) and pretty much unlimited veggies the more color the better ie bell peppers, spinach, broccoli, cucumbers… etc. We do not include carbs ie potato's or yam etc until Phase 2 and 3. Good Luck on your plan!

What do you for condiments, if any? Would mayo, mustard, salsa, ranch dressing or any of those things be bad...
And am I eating enough calories...whats the range on FFP..
OH yea...any thoughts on drinking crystal light versus plain water???

The FF Plan does not have really any condiments in the first few phases except for homemade recipes that would not include any dairy at this time. Also, FF closely watched sodium intake which could be high in some salsas... generally I think you would be safest with mustard and salsa which is my opinion from doing past diet plans ie weight watchers. Also on FF we don't really concentrate on calories we more about the foods that we are eating to promote a healthy lifestyle. Crystal light would not be on the FF Plan but would be fine on weight watchers... A good web site to find out more on FF would be ivillage you can see many different posts and ideas on FF. Good Luck
