Sun Sept. 4th - Happy Birthday! 5 min on elliptical at 5 - warm up - not as easy as I would have liked. 10 min cardio push on treadmill...really a jog/brisk walk. 5 min 4mph, 5 min 3.5mph added together.

Mon Sept. 5th - 7 min elliptical at 6.0...going pretty well, but legs got a little tight at the end. 10 min cardio push on treadmill...another jog/walk 5 min 4mph, 5 min 3.2mph added together. really hard to run, but did a 2 min finish at 4!

Tues Sept. 6th - 5 min on elliptical at 5 and 6- warm up - not as easy as I would have liked. 10 min cardio push on treadmill...really a jog/brisk walk. 3 min 4mph, 3 min 3.5mph and 4 min at 3 added together. Breathing not working for me today (maybe because I ate too much?), but I did manage 1 min at 4.2, a max speed on the treadmill for me.
