Jumpher's Journal, 26 January 2016

Okay. So started back again before Xmas at 130, then didn't get inspired. Booked beach vacation and started back for "real" Jan 11. Weigh in was 122. I'm down 118. Drank a beer that stalled my loss - Ugg. Picked journaling back up when a friend wanted my "tricks" sent her a link to this site and here I am. Next big weigh in is Feb 9. Supposed to be down 4 pounds. Crossing my fingers!
