This is my record high weigh in. I was in California for two weeks and had too much fun. I'm back in Arizona where my favorite hot yoga studio is so I WILL be seeing the poundage come off by my next weigh in. I've also dropped my calorie intake to 1300 or less - this is a challenge for me. I decided to drop the coffee creamer every morning and limit my Happy Hour intake.

I hope you all have better weigh-ins than I did!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
