I could feel that it wasn't going to be as good as it has been stepping on that scale last night! I went over my calories and my points but more importantly I didnt drink all my water and I ate late! I was out running around doing things and didnt get home until about 9 and then I was in bed by 11 so the last meal was just sitting in my stomach unfortunately! Hopefully I can make up for it with a little exercise this weekend!!
