Operation Weekend watch was a big success! Thanks again HCB. Today is a successful day so far too. Tonight I am having the last portion of my chicken soup with green beans and turnip. I will also have a big salad. This seems to be getting easier for me to say no to bread, crackers, and things I shouldn't eat. These things always have been a big part of my daily diet. That is the way I was raised and that is what I always seem to go back to when my guard is down and my resistance week.
