Sugar bottomed out today. I had a hot chocolate this morning. I had not had one (that kind) in months. My blood sugar couldn't take it. So it went high and then crashed in a 50 car pile up. I had to eat two snacks in order to feel better. Now I am full and woozy. No bueno
