poor couple of weeks. Invited out for dinner. Food isn't the problem, but wine is. When I've had a couple of glasses I get the munchies for sweet stuff and can't stop.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
