Week 3 down!

Results - Week 3: 2 lbs, Overall: 10 lbs.

Yay! I met my weekly goal! That was my main concern, because it was looking kinda iffy. But I made it...2 lbs per week! AND, I am at my 10 lb mark, another milestone. So - 10 down, 50 more to go. I'm seeing the difference. Mainly in my tummy area. My shirts are looking better on me. I haven't put this much effort into losing weight since grad school in 2008. I was probably the weight I am right now and I said enough was enough and ended up at my goal weight for about a year. Then, started going out to eat after work with work friends....and getting in a good relationship. 1 1/2 years later and 50 lbs heavier....here I am! Haha. But I've done it once, so I know I can do it again. Plus my ipad app and this website are helping me out a TON! So I know I have the tools to help me succeed and help me keep succeeding once I get there.

Here's to a good start to Week 4!
179.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
