Ok ~ now this is just getting crazy! I understand the concept of the pie, but trying to get it worked out right w/protein/carbs/fat & fiber is beyond challenging. I'm suppose to be eating high protein w/low carbs/fat... but I'm finding I have to eat fiber bars which raise my carbs... tomorrow I'll shop for a fiber suppliment. I've been reading online - there seems to be a big selection. To date I doubt my attempts have helped in any sort of weight loss cuz my numbers are fluctuating so much my body is probably thinking WTH?? LOL
I'm finding I want a cig now & then... so then I bleach the floors hahaha This is so hard, but at least this pie business is keeping my mind pretty occupied & in too much chaos to think of smoking. I was doing so well & am wondering if my levels going up & down so much have anything to do with it??? The weekends are the hardest since I'm not at the gym & no where near as busy - especially this last weekend with it raining :( so now it's sunshine & I'm up & at it again!! :D
