Ok so my weightloss is super slow. But I am happy I am losing.
259.9 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Super slow is good. There s apparently much less chance of putting it all on again. Keep it up, well done.

Make lasting habits now. I lose very slowly as well - last year only dropped around 5kg. So you're not alone.
