i have done very well on my challenges and diet, though not perfect. I find that drinking the water helps keep my appetite in control. it's hard for me to do the belly fat cure exactly i.e. the 15/5. the sugar part is not hard (15) but i usually end up at 6 for the carbs.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.2 lb a week
