I actually got off track quite a while ago, my mother-in-law died and then my sister-in-law and her 14 year old son moved in with us. Diet, what diet! So am going to read the book(s)again and try to get revitalized on this plan. Charlotte and Enoch are still with us, and i think they will be for quite a while-i love them dearly but i have gotten so side-tracked. So here's to starting over!

i have done very well on my challenges and diet, though not perfect. I find that drinking the water helps keep my appetite in control. it's hard for me to do the belly fat cure exactly i.e. the 15/5. the sugar part is not hard (15) but i usually end up at 6 for the carbs.

have been drinking 10 glasses of water a day since mon. that has really helped because only 8 a day and i was retaining water like crazy. also started belly fat diet mon. i've done fine but need to plan menu!

just started yesterday the belly fat cure. it's not as hard as i thought, but for me needs lots of planning and i'm kind of a fly by the seat of your pants person But i am committed. also just bought a new pair of scales,i couldn't read the other one accuratly. now when I'm up 4 lbs. oh well, gotta start somewhere!
