made a roast pork dinner last night in place of a takeaway as hubby had been working late on the house i knew he would have wanted instant food ie takeaway ...so ..in went the roast ....bought it from farm foods it was very tender ...will buy another one and keep in for the next temptation...


oooh and ive started eating fruit ...hot caramised sliced apple ...yummy
and a banana
and i ate a nectarene( ok maybe not my favorite)



lets hope this is the start of a good new habit ..i find it sooooo hard to eat fruit
