Well I went up again. I do so well during the weeks because I pack my lunch at work but then when the weekend comes I'm in trouble. I had a bachelorette party this weekend and there was really nothing healthy except grapes and apples to eat. I don't drink a whole lot so that's never an issue but the food was bad. I ate until I was full and then we all went out but when we got home at 3am we were all hungry and ate and went to bed. BAD BAD BAD!!! When we got up at 9 we did a recreation of "Cereality" and so that too was bad. Didn't eat anything after that until 7:30 when my boyfriend and I ordered Chinese! Bad again. I was up a total of 5lbs on Monday but I'm inching back down. We are doing the Biggest Loser challenge at work and today was the 2nd weigh in and most of my team gained, which is really bad, but I certainly didn't help. The game is on though now! No more bingeing on weekends, although the next two weeks are going to be really bad activity wise (Halloween party and then a wedding). Wish me luck! I know I can do this!
174.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! That's a fun way to lose weight by having that kind of challenge at work.
