I have noticed a significant slowing of my weight loss! I am trying for it not to dishearten me because, let's face it, I am one of those people who need instant gratification. I mean loosing weight is hard work!!!
One of my friends told me that I am not eating enough so I am eating more and trying to exercise more as well. I just figured as overweight as I am I should loose more....

You are losing at a great rate. Weight loss always slows down. The initial loss is mostly water. Slow and steady is much better than fast. If you lose too fast, you lose muscle as well as fat and water. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn and the leaner and stronger you will get. Losing slower also allows more time for the elasticity of your skin. You are doing everything right. Just keep going.
