I fell off the wagon for a few days, we had an appointment in a different city so I got Qdoba's. :/ I havent gained weight but I am not losing like last week. Also forgot to excersice the past 2 days.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
