again I have managed to go way over cals and am already regretting the over load of corn chips, it was a healthier option than fried yum cha and more tasty, the frozen cokes are putting up the cals but is for me a necessary evil during this hot weather, since I've weighed in at over 140 kg i have not handled the heat really well. oh well better days ahead, at least I am journaling, that makes a big difference

Have you tried making your own popcorn? It's actually quite yummy with just salt, pepper and a little bit of melted olive oil spread or coconut oil 🙏

Could always switch the frozen cokes for diet cokes, still get cooled down and without a calorie gain :) As above for what Yogaunity said, hope you don't mind the suggestion.

that sounds yum yogaunity, have not tried coconut oil.....and thank you, it's good to be on a site where people care and can suggest things, I don't mind at all, I feel loved, wanted and part of a team

I wish I could use your suggestion saskia785, but I can't have artificial sweeteners, I don't mind the taste of diet coke but I get really sick with just about everything that is artificially sweetened......was saying to my sister that I would like to be able to buy a frozen soda water, done the same way as they do the frozen cokes, I love water but it's nice to have something different sometimes, I have tried asking for soda water through the drive thru but they don't seem to supply it,

yeah fair enough and artificial sweeteners really aren't good for you... they are my necessary evil haha! It would be awesome to be able to have frozen fizzy water... I wonder if there's a way of making it yourself hmmm :)
