I can't believe that in 2013 I was 48 lbs away from my goal today I am 76lbs. Anyway its ride or die this time.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most of us have had to start over...and sometimes over again (and even again.) I know I have. This time feels very different and so far it has been. You can do this. If whatever diet you used before didn't work, try a different one! Ask for buddies if you like their success and/or encouragement. You're in a great place to do this!

Okay lock and load time. You where near the finish line before. Sit and ask yourself what happened. Okay go it. Now make yourself a promise to make healthy changes every day. Think before you put it in your mouth. I use to walk near the baked goods in the store and think to myself these foods could kill me if I keep eating them. That fear alone kept me away from the junk food. Develop a mantra you can say to yourself when tempted.
