Well I'm down several pounds and having the Fitbit really motivates me to exercise more often. Squeezed myself into my size 14 jeans this morning and yes I could wear them, but they create too much muffin top just yet, so I won't put them into regular rotation until another 5-10 lbs are gone.

The new WOE I'm doing is working fairly well. It's not terribly restrictive, and I can actually eat whatever I want, as long as I burn it off or limit portion size.

the only downside is logging food. No matter what WOE I'm following logging food is is a pain in my ass. But if I don't then I eat badly and forget I ate badly and gain weight.

I'm hoping I can stick with this long term instead of just until I'm back to a better weight.

Congrats on the very nice loss. Logging food can be a pain, but it's the only way to really know the calories you're eating. For me it's essential and has become second nature, worth the effort. Keep at it, just think how nice it'll be to fit into the smaller jeans with no muffin top!
