So I definitely pulled a muscle yesterday doing the Breast Cancer walk yesterday, no bueno! I thought since I'm in 'decent' shape the walk wouldn't be so bad, plus I could undo the chicken fingers I had the night before. It was cold and rainy so I'm thinking that had something to do with it, but at least I got some exercise in and for a good cause. I'm back to my chicken sausage and egg whites for forseeable future lol. Halloween is in 12 days, but I'm not even sure I'm going to wear my costume not so much b/c of my lack of restraint on my diet, but NY is cold I barely go outside in jeans and a sweatshirt b/c I don't like being cold, so something skimpier doesn't seem too appealing. We shall see, lol.

I forgot I wanted to ask you if you know how many calories are burned doing these video's. I tried googling it but couldn't find an answer. What do you think?

I honestly have NO idea, I want to say I wore my BodyBugg once when I first started, but I can't remember. I kind of stopped worrying about how many calories I'm burning once I started using these tapes though, I remember when I was gung ho about losing weight the first time I would be in the gym for hours w. 45mins of Spinning and then running/elliptical and In 3 weeks I had better results w. SI6 so I don't even get hung up on those things. Speaking of which I need to get rid of my Bodybugg too lol. Are you still doing your treadmill workouts? Did you ever get to dl that vid I sent you? if not, I have my laptop back so if you want it I can e-mail it to u or upload it and send u the link to dl it. Let me know :)
