Gained two pounds in a week, but that's what happens when you sit on you @$$ and eat lots of junk. Better choices, better results. C'mon, me! You can do this!
258.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
