It's all about working out what's right for your body at each and every stage of the game, I think Elizabeth. Some people swear by HFLC and others swear by low cal low fat - both systems work for all people in the short run - some would say with side effects - others would claim it does them wonders! Some people can eat junk / fake foods 7 days of the week; others can only lose by eating real foods. I like to read and educate but I firmly believe that a lot of what is written is there just to sell material and keep writers in a job. It's like a minefield working out the good bits and applying them to your own style of eating and losing !!
