Did a few new exercises today. It's a good thing to be married to a Marine when needing to lose weight. Even though he might not ever do them, he's a walking talking work out book! lol We played basketball again today for an hour or more. We don't run the whole time, we sometimes break and just take turns shooting, which still keeps my heartrate up. I did a few suicides and then my regular workout. I did box today with him which was fun but took alot out of me since I really had to push myself to do it after already working out and playing basketball! It's 8:42 and I'm doing good so far at my not eating after 8 challenge! Hopefully the rest of the night goes as well!
