Im getting ready to go on vacation tomorrow and I hadnt weighed in since god knows how long and I was nervous because I have been super busy and not sticking to the diet that well and I cheated a few times. But I did it anyway. Just to let myself know where I was at so I could start fresh when I get back. I lost 3 lbs. Aint that the way!!!! Im really inspired to do really good now!!!

You go girl...I love surprises like that..It's amazing how simple small changes effect your weight and over-all sense if well-being. Keep up the good work!

Awesome. It really helps keep you motivated when you see movement. But be careful to not get too comfortable since you saw movement when you were cheating.
