ddecided to start a 7 day water only fast..... I know it sounds crazy but I think if I lower my caloric intake to 0 and start the Ketosis process, stay at a sub 1500 caloric intake (long term), and work on the c25k program I can get to 185 by my birthday

um.. and then what? how satisfied will you be when you have no energy and feel like crap?? and when you do start eating? PLEASE talk to a Dr. before doing this. It is not a healthy way to lose weight.
