Went on a cruise and didn't have a way to track things very well. Ate fruit and salad but also ate things that I wouldn't eat while being at home. Back to the grind
122.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
