I am glad SW works for you. I see a change in attitude in your approach as soon as you joined, from must try harder beating yourself up and weught yoyio up and down for a couple if years. Then BAM! SW and seems like east happy weight loss, hats off to you :)
I know nothing about SW BTW, but it so obviously works for you, which is brilliant, and encouraging for us in the red line to see a happy blue line.
