I didn't record everything I ate yesterday - I went to a friend's bridal shower, and didn't get everything recorded BUT I did take it easy: only 1 cupcake, some fruit, and shrimp. It was the spinach dip and cheese ball that was my cheat. All and all...a success.
I am continuing to drop....back to the gym today!
