New all time low. Down 27.9#s! Fasting glucose was 69 this morning. I'd like to thank my Doc for putting me on Atkins back in April. I'd also like to thank Dr. Jack Kruse for his Leptin Rx that has helped to give up the after dinner munchies and help me to sleep so much better.

It is such a good feeling to sleep well and wake up refreshed. It also feels good to have the energy to do more! My thighs would like to than Mark Sisson for all his valuable information over at MDA. I thought I was destined to have the "Boshers hips" for life, but have learned to make my own destiny, and my hips are following suit!

So glad to hear that you are doing well! It's amazing how we can change things, if we have the right information. It's really inspriring how you have stuck with this WOE and the leptin reset :) Congratulations on the weight loss :)

Thanks :) A lot of times people give in to temptation in the 2nd or 3rd week, before the cravings go away. It's not easy to say no, but it gets easier each time. I was talking to an old friend yesterday who said he did Atkins for a couple of weeks, but couldn't live without biscuits and potatoes. I told him he just didn't give it enough time. With so many alternative recipes and a game plan anyone can do this. Have a great day :)
