I just read about the wendie plan that Rox sent to me (Gina). It makes total sense. My body is just adjusting to the 1000 calories and I'm never gonna lose weight and of course I cant keep up this intake for long. My body is seriously used to eating 1500-3000 calories a day when I don't diet. Probably more than that really.

Hey Rox-I just went to your food calendar. I wanted to get some ideas of what you are eating....sorry to snoop! haha. Why arent you writing down yoru dinners? You are eating dinners right? How many points am I supposed to have on WW? Im 127. I know it used to be 23 but I'm pretty sure it went down. 20 maybe? Anyone know?

Try adding more veggies, cutting out fruit and drinking a ton of tea or water. Good luck! Once you lose what you want to lose, you'll get to eat more - and you can always stay at the 1500 calories a day if you up your exercise. Good luck!

Ok. I know the fruit has the carbs and sugar. I had a banana already today and was gonna have an apple. I'm gonna skip the apple for lunch and just do peanut butter. More veggies more veggies. Thanks!!!

lol! Hey kel, yeah I'm eating my dinners...but sometimes I don't remember the next day or it's a weekend and i'm not online. get me on facebook or email me and i'll give u some ideas for whatever u want! :) and i do believe it's 20 pts for u now.
