I decided to weigh in before the Holiday festivities start. As of today, I'm starting my hot yoga back up at least 2 to 3 x a week. I can't move the scale with just going on walks with my doggy. I was sick for a week and than went on a mini vacation so time to get back into my routine.

I'm suffering from heart palipitations and night sweats (menopause relatted). I did a bit of research and I'm going to try taking Cell Salts. Has anybody had any luck with using Cell Salts in their dietary plan for overall health?
