Started the 17 day diet yesterday. It goes in segments of 17 days to looks weight rapidly and healthily. The first 17 is no carbs and only in fruit, lots of salad, green tea, lean white meat. second 17 adds om legumes and lean beef! then more for the 3rd, until finally reaching the maintaining stage. I really like this cause 17 days is doable and it changes with each 17 days depending on where I am at on my goal weight. Woohoo hopefully I can drop 10 pounds before vegas!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
