I did a run this morning to the 'Stepping Stone' podcast and again, while I was able to run to the beat for 20 minutes, I had to slow right down over the last 10 minutes as I got too exhausted. I still completed the run and I didn't stop or break into a walk but I had to run slower towards the end to save face. The beat was just too fast for me.
I am going to be pretty much absent from this site over the festive period.
