Yesterday, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich w/pickles, extra sauce and a little coleslaw from the deli was absolutely delish!!! For once I was thinking ahead and had them wrap half of it right away. Had the rest for dinner tonight and it held up well. Sourdough is definitely the right bread to use.
