Going to start weighing myself everyday to stay on track!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

careful not to drive yourself to obsessive doing that.

Your doing good and you just have to find what works for you, I weight myself everyday and record on Friday's

I also weigh myself everyday and ha ve done so for many years. It's the fundamental aide I use to keep myself mindful about my weight.
