Im back, as you all would probably have expected... Armed with a new diet plan that starts from scratch...
2000 kcal each day, ridicuous amount of carbs, unbalanced and not appropriate to my work out scedule but with a weekly review , weigh-in and tweek. Also a work-out scedule each day perfectly aligned with my desire to cycle 2000km in juli.
I will follow the plan to the letter and see where it gets me.
If you want something you never had, you got to do things you never did!
