I have come to a realization that on the days I forget to take my multivitamin are the days my energy seems to be lagging. At least I don't mind taking them :) They are a bit big but I've only gagged twice while taking them lol

I agree with you completely! The Vitamin B12 is a complete life changer for me! The first week I was taking it, I cleaned things in my house that hadn't been cleaned in months! I feel great when I take them!

I take the complete multivitamin for seniors so it doesn't have the iron and fish oil and I am finally getting my house unpacked and organized. Still taking a while being a single Mom with 2 young children (they love to remake messes for me :P) but it is slowly getting finished. I can't wait to say that I am completely moved in :)
