Today i began to eat around 1:30 pm. Ate my pound of salad - it had to be romaine lettuce hearts chopped because i am officially out of mixed salad.

Soon afterward, around 2:15 pm, i ate 1 pound of steamed cauliflower with a dressing made of spicy brown mustard, rice wine vinegar and horseradish; i ended the eating session with 1/2 cup of black beans seasoned with chili powder.

By the time i started soup for my last meal it was after 5; i wound up eating at 5:50 pm. I only ate half of it because i felt full. I finished off the meal with a couple bites of homemade cranberry sauce with 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed. If you haven't tried ground flax seed yet, i highly recommend doing so. Ground flax seed tastes amazing with fruit. It's my favorite way to have flax seed, next to sprinkling it in my oatmeal.

Oatmeal is not something i want to eat at this time...i want to eat as little calories as possible, filling up on raw and cooked veggies so i get lots of nutrients.

I find it amazing how stuffed i feel and yet i am consistently eating well under 1000 calories. As long as it's below my RMR and i am outputting more than i input in terms of calories.

I am keeping the thermostat off for most of the day, until the peeps come home from work and school. Tomorrow morning i venture to the office, so off to bed early with me tonite :)
