Well today is the first day back to work since being off for Thanksgiving. I am not feeling to great today though. I feel like an alcoholic that has binged for four days and wakes up Monday morning wondering what they did, why they did it and why do I feel like s#*t!!! It is weird I started eating better on Oct. 20th and have pretty much been cutting back, exercising and feeling better. Then Thanksgiving hit. Thanksgiving day was alright. I indulged but not excessively. I had another dinner Friday night in which I indulged but did not over do it. I thought I was in the clear but it seemed like once i had indulged it was hard to turn that button off. Saturday came and I just could not eat enough. By the end of the day I felt miserable and I came down hard on myself. The indulgences had to STOP!!!!. Sunday I got the restraint I needed and was back to eating what I needed to be eating. Then comes Monday......back to the feeling like s*#t. It is amazing to me that after giving your body the good food it needs for a good amount of time that one trip down indulgence highway can screw your body up so quickly. I had a full feeling since Saturday, felt draggy with no energy and then this morning it hit........the damn burst, the bottom fell out of the bucket...however you like to put it but i have made so many trips to the bathroom today at work that it is not even funny. Maybe give it one more day and I will be feeling back to myself. The good thing from today......FOOD has not been an issue, I am not hungry and the indulgence button has been broken into a million pieces.
