Well I held off and didn't weigh for 2 1/2 weeks. Thanksgiving Day weigh in shows I have lost 5 pounds for a total of 18 pounds!!!! Yey me!! B-) I had already planned to use thanksgiving as my cheat day. I planned to go over my daily calorie count but try to not gorge myself. I went ahead and recorded what I ate today...not because I am a glutton for punishment but because I was just curious what it would add up too. Even though I went over I am still pretty proud of myself because usually I eat so much I just want to go to sleep. I actually came home and cleaned the house and got on the exercise bike. With my day starting out like it did with the loss, it has given thanksgiving a new feeling.....a guilt-free thankfulness. O:-)
