SMH Been one heck of a week... only going to continue this way for a while I expect. No change in weight and my abs are aching from inversion crunches this A.M. Getting stronger so that is good. I managed 15 crunches inverted today and worked out my arms which have not seen weights since last monday. Only made it to the gym 2x last week with kiddos home etc but I did run through Biggest loser videos on every day but TG and Sunday (which I always take a day of rest).
