Been doing cardio 4 or 5 times a week for the last 3 weeks and eating better. So far so good.

Today I start the Strong Lifts 5X5 weight training program. I am a beginner when it comes to lifting and this is one of the ones that most people who train recommend to beginners. I will gain muscle weight, but the overall goal is not losing weight, it is loosing fat. I would gladly trade a pound of fat for a pound of muscle :)

Now I truly begin the transformation, wish me luck.
FYI, I am 52, so it is never too late to start getting healthy !
290.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
