Day 1: Did Zumba for the 20 minute express. Sweated! Felt good. Tried the jump rope thingy, did like maybe 15 jumps, will have to work up to that one. lol! Today had the last slice of pizza and a yogurt for lunch. Going to the store for more salad stuffs. Mmmmm salad. I sure hope I can keep this up. I'm motivated but still lazy. :D
