I have been doing pretty good overall and keeping my calorie count between 1300-1850 on most days. There was one day when I ate about 2050 calories. I am a sweetaholic but this time round decided to allow a treat each day as long as I stay within my limits. I found that the last time when I cut sweet out completely I ended up going on a binge, but doing it this way allows me to satisfy my sweet tooth without going overboard.

Today I weighed in at 188.7, but too off 3 lbs as I weighed myself after all meals and drinks.
185.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
